Third party FNB claims

This is regarding the 3rd party claims with FNB and Neil Govender.

FNB insured client hits me and I need to wait 60 working days for validation.I patiently adhere then when following after the 60 day period ends,im told I need to wait again for a final review that has no ETA.

Not on! I have been without a car for over 3 months now and it's affecting my household duties where I have to compromise what my family eats vs transportation to school and work where's the FNB's clients car has long since been fixed.

Unfair to human rights.
