Thinking of Switching to FNB Premier - Don't

<p>It's so disappointing that FNB premier advertises such great service over the radio. I'm with Premier and I must say, that I am utterly disgusted with the customer service which I've received. I even posted my bad experience here. I received a call from FNB with an enthusiastic young lady eager to resolve my issue. She said she would call me back and give me some answers. Still waiting.................. it's as pathetic as the service received at the FNB branch East Rand Mall, it's as pathetic as the service from FNB Premier, which you must pay extra for.</p>
