Think Twice before taking Cover with FNB Short term Insurance

We took up insurnace for my Car with FNB Insure. We requested comprehensive insurance. I went through a pothole last week thursday. Firstly it’s almost impossible to get hold of them. When i eventually did today. I was told by the lady that because i don’t have tyre and tim cover on my so called COMPREHENSIVE cover they won’t cover it. I did explain that it’s not the tyre or rim that i am concerned with, But rather since then incident there’s a knocking noise coming from the front left of my car. the very side that went through the pothole. She just said no sorry there’s no cover. How is that possible surely FNB Insure should first assess the vehicle before just declining from just a phone call. Peop should definitely think twice before taking cover with them
