Thieving Banks

When in Holland in February, the hotel bill amount was incorrectly charged onto my wife's credit card. The hotel immediately reversed the payment which showed the same amount reversed in Euros. When I checked to see if the credit actually did go into my card - low and behold - the thieving bank credited the amount less around R 500.00.
I submitted a dispute with FNB on the 28th February 2015, since then the standard response to my query is...
\Thank you for your email.
Please note that the credit card dispute process usually takes 7-14 working days or more.
Please not that they still waiting for response from the merchant.
Kind regards
Nonkululeko Xaketwane"
Premier Banker

I have now been stuck in this loop for over a month. The Bank's response is shocking"""
