*******! The worst service from a bank

I bought a ticket from Travelstart, the merchant couldn’t issue me with a flight ticket and refunded me the money. The refund has mysteriously disappeared from my account. FNB cannot account for it. FNB I need my money. How does money disappear from our accounts?
