Good day ******* of FNB. Please explain to me why you took a debit order for my COVID loan on the 15th of December and again on the 31st of December. Also indicate where I agreed upon this? Furthermore, I would also like to know when you will be getting this right, since August I only encountered challenges with this loan and you simply could not get the whole concept right.
