For the second month in a row you guys have double debited me! NO ONE CAN ASSIST or I have to pay for a reversal for a mistake that you guys made!! FNB ARE *******!!! I have tried to cancel the policy several times but you guys never let me, the calls get cut or I get transferred to someone else!
