I am absolutely horrified in fnb smart device i paid by accident the in correct amount into my smart device i did a recall send all my proof as to what the payment was for .

i have a agreement as to the amount needed to pay for my phone but now they will not return my money . that is *****ing taking without my consent , after i told them i made a mistake. no bank or any place can keep your money if it is incorrect no matter what you still need to pay .
