I dont know how many times I need to complain or freak out but I think that you are the most useless bank EVER!!!!!! I had insurance approved on both my loans, I was advised that up until august my claims would be valid. You can see by my account no money is coming in. You are *****ING from me. I will be going to lay a charge of theft against you.
