I am not sure if you have a bunch of children running your loan department but basically no one know what they are doing. I was approved for credit insurance up until august due to the fact that I am earning no income. Each month it is the same story!!!!! The insurance pays my loan yet you still debit mt account. So you basically *****ing me. I am beyond you and your useless bank. Refund my money asap or I will report you for theft
