I can not believe that FNB Forex will charge a transaction fee plus commission on once off payments from abroad. They give you instructions that do not actually work, whether you do it through your app or online, it does not work. Then they make sure that you call the call centre to do the transaction for you to incur further charges. FNB you are ****** ******* and that is exactly why I will be looking for optional banking house. This is really bad of you to treat customers this way. I cannot wait to move over to Discovery Bank! Disgusted!
