<p>In February i requested a setlement amount for my loan and ppaid it, however after that they still took their debit order! i phoned and they reversed it as the accepted it was a mistake, however i had to wait 48 working hours to get money back that was mine to begin with!!! now this month, who can guese what hapened? THEY TOOK THE DEBIT ORDER ONCE AGAIN!!! The loan does not even show on my banking profile anymore!!!!</p>
