*******!

I am really annoyed at FNB and their tactics of retrieving money. I have 3 accounts with FNB of which a Private and a Premier account and savings account, one unfortunately is in overdraft and after making an arrangement to pay the overdraft at R500 per month starting on a specific date. The very next day they accessed my Pocket Savings , money I had put there to pay for a medical emergency and took R500 to off set the R500 agreement and then handed me over to Blake and Associates, who call me every day to make a payment. After logging a complaint I was told they have they have every right to touch my money and they closed the call. Really disturbed that they can do as they please and go into your account and touch money without even taking your consent!!!! BULL**** . I will certainly move all my funds and close the accounts.

Good Day

You can keep your bull**** template responses, I have written to Sipho and I wikk make sure FNB is sued for this , this how they treat people and touch their Money without consent and no one at FNB does anything about it.
I have been banking with FNB for several years and have 3 active accounts. My FNB Private Cheque Account had unfortunately gone into overdraft late last year and I hadn’t been able to settle full amount, in late Jan this year I received a call from FNB banker requesting to make a payment arrangement to pay the outstanding R5500. I agreed telephonically that I would pay the amount of R500 per month. In the same week I had received a call from Blake and Associates stating that FNB had handed me over I needed to make an arrangement with them and pay them the R500. I was confused as I had made an arrangement why am I being handed over. I had been saving money for my sons operation in my Pocket Savings and on the 02 February, FNB had taken R500 from the pocket savings to pay the agreement, (see statement 2) this was done without my consent and when I raised the issue with FNB they said they had been calling me to no avail so they took the money from my account. I let it be and agreed that if they take the money to offset every month that would be easier than me making a payment. On the 08 March they deducted another R500 to offset again (see statement 3). Today 24th they enter my pocket savings and took R10 044.49 and moved it to the Cheque account and stated PAY OFF CR and closed my pocket savings without making any phone calls to discuss this with me , without any messages , without consent nothing they just take my funds? Had I not been sticking to the monthly arrangement of R500 , by all means I would understand, I have been paying the monthly R500. Is this how customers are treated??? I made several calls to FNB since this afternoon and no one is available to help me, I am told to wait till Monday. The money in pocket savings was being saved for an urgent operation my son needs to undergo (letter attached) and I stood at the hospital not being able to pay this money today. I am disheartened and in despair because I need that money back and need an explanation as to why customers are treated like this , like I’m a ********.
I stuck to my monthly payment to my overdraft yes I took time to make an arrangement, still they took money on the 02nd Feb, 8th March, why touch my account on the 24th again, why was I not informed??
Please I want this matter attended today and my money returned and I will certainly be exposing FNB and the way they treat their clients.
