Thievery Tendancies

had a Personal Loan with FNB used the app to check for a settlement amount and paid R1 more than what was required to Settle it.

That was 1 week ago. Today i checked the Account and saw its still listed but with a Zero Balance and LOW AND BEHOLD, FNB added another settlement amount of R49,95.

So i paid ANOTHER R50 now to CLose it and Its not going away

Called the collections department and im told the Settlement amount on APP is not accurate. which is a Pathetic answer

Also said something about the account closing in couple of days.

My problem is, how the hell does FNB just add another R50 as a settlement amount after it was paid up??

Someone better call me with a proper answer because the Agent i spoke to was clueless and irritating me
