Thieve unprofessional bank please stay away

I have used this fnb for almost 10 years. I can not get anything from fnb my salary goes into this fnb every month..i can not qualify for anything i ask for a 1000 overdraft was decline on the basis that i use a passport but at the same time im allowed to buy for R1000 when i dont have money in my account then thet will charge me R700 for the 1000 i have use. My month bank change are always R400 and above i have witten so many email and was ignored. Or im told it service fees..what service no one can explain. I will take my passport salary and go to another bank it does not help to stress for a bank to treat you like a human being or provide a service .
