*****s use your card even though it was cancelled!!!

FNB again!! My cards got ****** 26 April 2021, same day I phoned and the cards were cancelled. This morning 7 May 2021 I received notifications that me card was used at toll gates for R453 (204+204+45), the other thing the card is overdrawn how did the transactions go through!!! technically there is NO MONEY in the account!!!! How is this possible?!?!?!? The cards were CANCELLED!!!!!!
