*****’s and dishonest insuarance from Fnb.

We took out house insuarance with Fnb because we have a account with them. To keep all our products with them. People take note stay away.We loged a claim for a tv that had accidental damage.First assessor gave report and Fnb did not approve their own assessors report. Second one gave a report. Fnb still not happy stories like the tv don’t have original feet then we supp**** proof then they want proof of purchase witch we don’t have who keeps this and wen we added rings to policy or wen we took out policy no questions was asked to specify tv for accidental damage etc.2 weeks we were ducked and dived and got hold of them today. Sorry claim declined reason no proof of ownership and it was not windy the day wen tv fell off tabel. No proof of ownership but is my tv????? They sell insuarance but wen u claim new rules not in policy wording we lodged a complaint Ref *** Harwey working with it since last Friday also not returning calls and no manager call u back as promised by Rmb on live chat.
