*****ing and ********* financial institution

This is my 3rd time on this site regarding FNB. I'm so disgusted with there service, I opened an account online, which pays out an incentive of R1000 if u change ur salary and 2 debits. This was done by myself not with assistance from FNB like they offer by January. Up till now the incentive was not paid I have been in communication with them and was advised last month that I will receive the funds on the 15th as I missed the cut off. We'll it's the 16th today and nothing. This was direct marketing so they are selling falls information. As per FISA this is ********* from a financial point of view. Just wow to think that a bank can ***** over the smaller guys because they the big shots.
