They will just forward your call until your airtime runs out. Rather forward your banking elsewhere.

I had the most frustrating experience with FNB.

I called FNB and told them I'm moving overseas - they activate my cheque card but BLOCK my credit card after the first transaction.

Then I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get it unblocked. After and hour and a half (just being transferred around) and R 300 worth of airtime my credit card is still BLOCKED!
