They told me to just wait

I have my account on hold and problem is I don't even know the reason as I didn't receive any call or communication. When you call ***** they send you to Fica and back and forth since yesterday and today they just said you need to wait and be patient. So I don't know how long I will be waiting while deposits and transfers are taking place into the account
