they told me its not their problem

I was ****med by a lady called Jabulani Mohanoe I she said she trade with bit coins and we can get profit if we invest in her business. I then deposited 1000 rand into her account and later I realised that she **** people as I was not the only one 14 people had opened case against her where she committed ***** by ******** them huge amounts of money.so I went to the bank and told them my story at canal walk and the floor manager told me its not their problem I have to see what I can do for myself and I send an email to them and they rep**** asking a full detail and the deposit slips and I never heard from them. people are loosing money because of people like jabulani and they is nothing the bank can do to help people who are struggling. 14 cases of ***** opened for one person and still the bank cant help us get our money back or do anything and this people will continue ******** people knowing that they is nothing the bank can do. can you fnb do something to help stop ***** and all this surely they is a way you can help poor and struggling people .I am still waiting to hear from you.
