They speak English only
Today I received a proof of payment from my first client, I went to the ATM to confirm balances, only to get a receipt telling me that the card has been cancelled. When I went inside the boulders FNB branch at time 10:40am, there was a long queue. This queue held me for over an hour. As if time is not a scares resource.

I got to a lady who seemed uninterested, Nkhensani Mhlaba, who never smiled even once and insisted on speaking English while I spoke Zulu the entire time. I even asked if she can't in another language but she insisted on English. She told me that I have to wait for a couple of minutes for balances on this closed account. I was never alerted that this account was closed until today. I even missed the notification when the funds went into my account. How inconsiderable. If I owed FNB they'd call me on Sunday for collections but they can't simply take time to notify me before they close my business account and for what??? Because there was no transaction for 30 day? Really? And then after the hustle they gave me when I opened the account, they want all the 'necessary' documents again. What did you lose the ones I submitted initially, all I want is to access my cash.
