They should change their motto how can you gue u the run around and not care

<p>Utterly dissapointed in Fnb once again...makes me wonder does my6 year relationship mean anything with Fnb ..a online ********** transaction took place on my account last year and after logging a complaint with hello peter I got my money back after a run around of almost two months. And once again I find myself in the same boat..I fairly big amount was taken from my bank account again via online transaction. I was assured last time that his would not happen again.its now 3 weeks and 4 days .when this happens I went to the bank filled out the ***** form and it was submitted..a lady from the ***** department calls a week later to tell me rudely it cannot be prosessd as the form is incomplete</p> <p>I then .I go back tonte back to the same guy who helped me the 1st time and he shows me that it is filled out and even emailed the proof to me.the guy at the branch advses me that it was sorted out as he called them to fix this .a week 3 ..I go back again to follow up and the ***** department advises that it will be sorted the follow Friday and prayed back I my account.that was last week and still nothing.imstartig to loose patience and faith in my bank.startingti feel like I should just bank elsewhere....</p>
