They say "How can we help you" for me I wasn't helped

Since I put my review here on hello peter someone from fnb phoned anb promised that someone will phone me back to sort out my issue. It seems that no one wants to help me. Phoned them again on the 15th inside the branch and the consultant promised me that my issue will be escalated even now. FNB WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET HELP FROM YOU? As you slogan says!
