They restrict my account after telling me they received everything they need.

I have been back and forth with FNB about my fica. I send all of the info they requested with allof the forms amd documents at least 4 times! The only response I get is that they are processing it, now they restrict my account anyway! I used to love FNB but the moment you need to get a service from them they are as bad as dealing with the municipality.
