They pretend to care

So I have had a previous complaint paced on this platform. FNB were very quick to send sms's and mails saying that the correct department is dealing with it and they will be in contact shortly. Till now, I have received zero contact. It's like a false promise that they are dealing with the issue. So sad, think once this is resolved the account is going to be closed.
