They post your transactions later, so they can deduct and add-on fees

I recently discovered that FNB delayed posting my purchases to my account, so they could first deduct their fees. They would then post my transactions; putting my account into a negative balance. And the kicker is, they would then charge me a fee for that negative balance. Not only is this ********* but it raises legal questions too.
