They playing with peoples money

My mother had a gathering with other women they deposited the money to this bank each and every month now the money was supposed to be paid to there banks first week of December the rest of the members received there money however my mother didn’t get it they went inside the bank the lady that was assisting them said they deposited the money to 30 something members however they didn’t go through the statement they said she needs to go to her bank of which she did there was no money paid onto her bank account
