They Make you feel like they are doing you a Favour instead of "Helping YOU"
The home loans Department is really terrible. I had request for a payout of prepaid funds in my home loan but now they are making me feel like they are doing me a favour by me requesting my funds.
It's been three weeks and still nothing has happened. A laid a complaint but still that seems not to be helping as well because 48 hours has passed and the complaint has not been resolved yet. No communication at all. I have to be thr one calling in all the time.
If I get an opportunity I will definitely move my home loans so where else.

09 Dec 2020, 17:50Nothing has happened since I posted on this platform, not even a phone call to say what they are doing about this matter. Yes a response was received only to say they have logged a complaint against themselfs on top of my complaint (I mean really) so far I have four different reference numbers but no resolution.
