They launch incomplete products

Upgradee my eWallet to eWallet extra plus... needless to say like every FNB launches its lacking.

I complained, reported it to Barker etc. And still can't create a virtual card to the account, especially if I don't get a to do list item, if I go to card and add it manually the account is Not available. Useless
