They just want more money - NO SERVICE

There is absolutely no point to pay FNB additional banking fees for so-called "PREMIER" banking services. For 2 days I've been going up and down trying to get MY MONEY paid out, and every person I email/chat/call is perfectly happy passing the buck and NO ONE willing to help the client with what they need.

Don't fall for their lame advertising of "better service" for becoming a platinum or higher client, its ****!!!! They don't treat you any different or give you any better service. They just want more money from you in banking fees.

So now, instead of going more up and down for some money withdrawn from my tax-free cash deposit account, I'm closing it and rather saving it at a different company where I actually get service, cause it's not at FNB. Happy to take money, full of **** when you need it back. No one giving proper information for the client to even help themselves, bits and pieces of information that causes the client to have to run up and down just to get nowhere anyway.

I guess for some better detail. Yesterday, I used the "PREMIER Chat Line". I understand having to wait for an available consultant if the volumes are high, but expecting a dedicated consultant to chat to me when it's my turn is clearly to much to expect... Waiting more than 10 minutes between single message replies, just to get no where anyway. A long form that is so unclear and complex, and no assistance in terms of completing it from my "PREMIER Consultant"...

Then sending an email to my premier bankers (still waiting for a response).

Sent another email (to the email address I found online) for assistance with tax free cash deposit accounts. Got a response, saying I should call. What's the point then of even providing an email address?!?!?!?!

So I called the number, the consultant was unhelpful, passing the buck saying she simply cannot help me with my previous address and I should call somewhere else to get it changed before she can help me. I understand there are rules, but if you don't WANT to help me, rather just say that.

Another call to the "PREMIER helpline", just for the consultant to tell me he cannot help me either to update my address from my previous home to my current one. I should send another email to a specific email or go into a branch. Again, what's the point of a service if they don't provide any service. I am still waiting for communication that was "promised" on where I should send my new address details to....

On top of that, most of my airtime was wasted on a very long FNB recorded message. Perhaps give the client a direct option to just speak to a consultant, because when the answer the phone, they repeat everything that was in the recording anyway.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN FNB (once again)!

Got a call a couple of days later at a time that was inconvenient to me. The consultant asked when she can call me back, to which I responded the following morning at 10:00. That was supposed to be two days ago, I'm still waiting.
