THEY JUST WANT MONEY!!!
Since April – it is now 4months since FNB housing has been giving me the run-around. I have spoken to all types of *********** people but nothing compared to FNB staff USELESS, USELESS, USELESS BANK
The so called COVID-19 payment holiday for individuals like me do not exist at FNB. During lockdown level 5 to print , complete and scan back multiple documentation to apply for a payment holiday(My life was put at risk as I was supposed to go to an internet café and risk getting infected with COVID-19) . I followed up for more than 2months and I was told I was given wrong information, I was apparently supposed to apply via their “banking app” - I don’t have a transactional account with them why should I have their app? USELESS, USELESS, USELESS BANK
When you say you are financially affected – FNB assumes that you have a 9-5 job, FNB assumes that you have a formal business with financials. Clearly this bank is not for ordinary South African- they don’t have a slighted clue of our socio-economic challenges. NOT EVERY SOUTH AFRICAN WILL HAVE A PAYSLIP OR BUSINESS FINANCIALS. This bank will do anything to delay and frustrate you. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS BANK
I also have a fixed rate that is sitting at almost 14% - I pleaded with the bank to review however they will send you a document that you signed for that particular fixed rate. The SARB is trying by all means to assist people by reducing the interest rates wit the view of stimulating the economy and helping those who are distressed. FNB JUST WANTS MONEY. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS BANK
