They just don't care

There's a hold on my cheque account, since last week Friday I have been contacting FNB, I even went to their branch two times already but it looks like no one is willing to assist me. I just want to use my money. My salary was deposited on Friday and until today I can't use it. I have responsibilities that includes buying my 2 month infant her monthly needs and everything is stuck now. I'm being sent from Pilar to post and I have had enough
