They help no one ! Worst customer service.

I was de*****ed and FNB is unwilling to help ref ***.

My biggest regret is switching to FNB. Since I have moved to this bank my problems are endless. They don't take customer issues seriously. The most recent one is a highlight. I was ****med in December and the bank kept saying it will revert back to me or send an email and they haven't, I keep calling and still no help.
