I have been there customer for over 6years now and I can say their service delivery has been deteriorating day by day with the help of that guy (Sithembiso Mhlambi) in their ***** Department who doent care about Customers. Very unprofessional and I guess he has a personal thing with clients because every time my account is put on hold, they transfer me to him and it has never ended well when he handles ur case. Its over 2weeks now ever since he was given to handle my case but he ignores any follow up emails I send him and still has my account on hold even after sending him the documents he asked for..
