They freeze your account without notice or reason

it has been almost a week, and all the sudden I can't access or transfer my money I can't even buy something. when I try to transfer from my saving account to my main account, I get an error message saying (You cannot transact from this card/account as it is inactive or there are insufficient funds available in this account. Error code: 217 Ref: VOD********* ) I didn't get any email, phone call, or notice whatsoever. Now all my money is frozen for no reason.
