They fail me
I did wrote the report on hello Peter 2 weeks back. And I got 20 to 25 calls from FNB Banks. And I received this Your request for reversal of fees on your FNB Account has been successfullycompleted. For assistance contact your branch. Please do not reply to this sms from them on tue at 15:11 . And today they send me letter of demand that if I don't pay they 547 in 35days they have to go in a legal way. But they fail to meet they promised so is it possible to sue them. Or wat must I do. Bcos my account is on minus with the amount I do t even know. I even fail to get car finance from Std bank and absa. Even loan to buy a business material. And the client has to take they business to other company. And the business worth a lot to start a new life. Pls advice me bcos I want to sue them for my lost of business and car finance?
