They don’t play accident Claims

It’s been 6 months ever since I lodged a claim with them.. wrote numerous complaints letter with no resolution. Writing on Hellopeter for the 3rd time now, all they do is to tell me to give them time while my CAR has not been moving for SIX months. All I can say is that they don’t pay 3rd party claims!!!!
