They dont know what the definition of Private Bank is

Their private banking is a joke. I have various friends who work in the bank and often I hear lots more of benefits and other useful information from them than my so called private banker. They have allowed me to get into some unnecessary financial troubles and decisions over the past few years and I have let it slide. I now realise that all they have going for them is the online banking service that is convenient. The high banking charges are not worth this appalling non-service they call private banking. I am definitely leaving them for other banks that have long been offering me better services. This cant be life
