They don't care
I fail to understand how FNB (Pension Backed Housing Loan) works. First day i left a voicemail for them to call me back, no one bothers herself/himself to contact me. I decided to call them again, i was given E mail address ********** to forward my request and i did send, guess what they never responded to my email. Terrible service from FNB.
