they do not let you ...

they do not let you call a branch any longer…you forced through a call centre whom advise you that you can only speak to branch members f2f at the branch…this fails clients who are not in that provnce currently…leaving your call centre agnents apologising as they too can clearly see your errs in customer service…leaving it that there is no service or assitance…this new procedure implemented fails existing customers!
