They do not care about their clients and make us feel like *********!

Sars paid in my returns on the 1st November 2022 the following day FNB blocked my money till ro date I don't know what's happening. They keep saying that the funds were disputed by Sars. I went to Sars and Sars is clear. No communication from FNB and what frustrates even more is that no one tells you what happening. ***** is a very big allegation that I am told that I committed ***** with Sars and yet I pay tax every month. They have blocked my funds with no proof. This is inconviniencing me as I need my money. If I have ****med Sars can I please get proof that I did so!! FNB has treated me like a ********!! I will never use this bank ever! Now this money is lying in their account. If it's ***** please transfer it back to Sars so that I can deal with Sars and clear my name from these allegations!!!
