They deducted money from my account but I have already paid the amount.

On the 5th of Feb I received an email that said I have exceeded my limit and need to pay the outstanding amount to avoid a bad name.

I went onto my banking app and noticed that you (FNB) deducted an amount for my budget credit card. When I opened my account with FNB I asked not to deduct money so that I do not sit with this kind of trouble. I said that I will pay the amount directly into my accounts if there is any outstanding money on my credit accounts.

I phoned the customer care line which was provided in the email I received. I spoke to Lezabeth Mpanza on 05/02/2018 at around 8:30. She kept telling me that there was no payment into my credit account accept those for the straight. The more I tried to explain that I paid this amount from my check account, the more she said that I did not pay anything and that there does not reflect any amount which state that I paid my budget. This was a ridiculous conversation and it took me no where so I asked to please speak to someone else who can assist me with this matter. I hold on for a very long time. After about 10 minutes someone answered the phone but could not hear me so they just dropped the phone.

My issue is, why on earth did you deduct this amount from my bank account after I paid the amount? I made a payment on the 25th of January 2018.

Please pay the unnecessary amount back into my account. This is a very urgent matter.

I complained on your website on the 5th of Feb 2018 but up until today I did not receive ANY feedback from you. This putting you in a really bad light because everywhere on TV your adverti*****ts says "FNB how can I help" but this is not the case. The same thing happened to my friend a couple of months ago where FNB deducted money from her account but she already paid the outstanding amount. Please explain to your customers how their deductions work if you really have to make deductions before the same thing happens to them where they pay 2 x the outstanding amount in one month.
