They declined my claim with irrelevant reasons...they assessed my claim using wrong admission reasons.i Admitted in hospital for Abscess buttock but they assessed my claim with ASTHMA.i told them that I was not in the hospital due to asthma it was an ABSCESS BUTTOCK even hospital invoice confirmed that and the discharge summary but they said I must go back to the Dr and asked the motivation latter must tell them that I also went to the Theater for operation of Abscess,I went to Surgical specialist who did the operation but still they do not consider his CONFIDENTIAL MEDICAL REPORT I don't know why because was the one who done a surgery/operation to me.
