They claim switching is easy but they ****!

I was called about a week ago to purchase a fnb connect sim, at the time the deal looked good so I took it, the call center person who called me said my new sim would be delivered to me within a week and they would then port my current prepaid number. Once I recieved the sim, I waited for the port. The next day I got a sms which read :\you have cancelled your request to port your number ****"";I spoke to about 3 call center people who kept on putting me through to someone else eventually they cut my call. I phoned back once more to the call center and was given some direct number *** for someone who could help me but after a while it was clear no one was going to answer. I have been an FNB customer for about 10 years now and this has to be the worst service I have ever had from them."""
