They can't help you with anything. Don't trust the 'How can we help You' It is a trap
So, I requested a settlement balance to a Temporary loan I took. The letter was sent with the account number to be used. Third party pays for the balance. And guess what FNB can't locate funds deposited to an account number furnished by them. They deducted funds deposited to my account. I have been trying to get help and clarity regarding the matter. It is now day 14 and they still can't say anything. I have been way too loyal to this bank for 20 years but the stress and hurt I got from You, is a wakeup call. Please refund my money. I promise I'll move banks. I'll move away.

I see I might have to divide my days into 5 working days until Jesus comes back. And it also looks like there is no one within FNB well equipped to can tackle the issue.
