They canceled my debt protection plan

Okay, so I am back here again. On the 1st of February, I wrote a complaint about my debt protection plan being canceled and wanting it to be reinstated. Someone from the hello Peter complaints team messaged me and asked for my details but never came back to me about my protection plan. I am back here again, I do not want to start a new cover. I have had this cover since 2018 so I want it to be reinstated. How can payment lapse when there's always money on the account, that's nonsense man . Fix my policy
