They can't help you!!

Account No. ********** 1539

Recently I sent an email to my FNB private banker requesting a simple confirmation/validation of my bank account letter. After receiving no response within the automated 24 hour notice, I decided to send the same email request to every single FNB email address I could find online and surprise-surprise, besides the automated email responses, I am still waiting for someone at FNB to have the time to get back to me or send me my letter.

I should have known better from my numerous previous experiences that their 24 hours means more like 24 years if ever aka I have sent through queries as long ago as three years that are probably still somewhere in their pipeline of things to do, which I had raise on Hello Peter to get a response, which begs the question, why have departmental email addresses, why not just tell clients to email you directly on Hello Peter for prompt resolution??

So to whoever is reading this email, please would you be so kind as to send me a simpe little letter confirming that regretfully I do still have a bank account with you!?!
