They bring down their own customers

I really regret having to be an fnb customer.i have funds held in my savings pocket which I dont have access to.they suspected ***** on my account.can anyone imagine how I want to be their customer but they bring their customers down .I've called the ***** team over 50 times and they dont even know what's happening because the person that pledged my funds is never available.all this started during our lockdown period so I dont see why they should be unavailable when it's my money that's being frozen in my account
