They are violating their own T&Cs

I signed up for FREE Uncapped ADSL. It was/is free because it depends on your EBUCKS reward tier level with 5 being the highest with 100% discount.<br> I was on level 5 when I signed up and am I still at level 5 without dropping during the period but now FNB Connect is charging me the full price which is against their T&Cs which I quote ...<br> \Your reward value varies from month to month and is calculated in accordance with your reward tier level."<br> There is no other mention of Ebucks T&Cs in their T&Cs (FNB Connect).<br> Furthermore in terms of FNB Connect T&Cs ... Doubt it because they say they never send them which is in violation of their own T&Cs. In fact they debited my account on the 26th with no statement.
